Aaron Lukas is set to step into the national security roles in Washington after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announced her resignation on Friday.
Lukas served as Gabbard’s Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence and will now serve as Acting Director of National Intelligence, per President Donald Trump’s Truth Social post.
