Currently serving as Civil Surgeon and Superintendent, Dr. Raju is known for handling some of the most critical maternal and emergency cases with exceptional skill and compassion. His remarkable contributions include two entries in the Limca Book of Records, including performing an emergency Caesarean section in just 9 minutes and 14 seconds to save both mother and child.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Raju has supervised more than 50,000 deliveries, led hospitals to prestigious national accreditations, and played a pivotal role in strengthening maternal and child healthcare across the region. Under his leadership, the Mother and Child Hospital in Jangaon also gained recognition for achieving 35 deliveries in a single day while maintaining high standards of care.
