Leeds Beckett University is known for its sports-related courses and it is internationally recognized for turning specialized fields into global benchmarks.
It offers offers highly rated programmes in sports science and sports management and has built a reputation for practical, industry-oriented learning.
According to information published by the university, around 94% of its graduates are either employed or pursue further studies shortly after completing their courses.
Business and Management (including MBA), Data Science and Computing and Art, Design and Media Studies are some of the most sought-after programmes of the university.
So Much Does It Cost To Study Here?
According to an exclusive report in Oneindia Tamil, the undergraduate courses approximately costs ₹21 Lakhs per year. Postgraduate courses costs (MSc, MA) around ₹23 Lakhs per year while MBA Program (20-Month Duration) costs around ₹25 Lakhs total for the entire course.
According to the report, Leeds is generally considered more affordable than London for international students. However, accommodation, food, transport and other living expenses can still add up to roughly ₹1.6 lakh per month, depending on lifestyle.
Based on these estimates, an Indian student pursuing a long-term course in the UK could spend close to ₹2 crore on tuition and living expenses combined over five years. The overall cost may be higher after factoring in airfare, visa charges, health insurance and other personal expenses.
