Hiphop Tamizha is back with the sequel to his hit movie Meesaya Murukku. The musical comedy drama, produced by Khushbu Sundar, stars Adhi, Ketika Sharma (in her Tamil debut), Chaithra J Achar, Ramya Ranganathan and Harshath Khan in lead roles.
Ramya Ranganathan, Harshath Khan, S Manikandan, Yogi Babu, Vijay Varadharaj, Nassar, Baba Bhaskar, Sharmila Thapa, Karnuas, Aadukalam Naren, Shah Ra, and others are part of the cast. Apart from written the script and directing the movie, Hiphop Tamizha has scored the music. While Balaji Subramanyam has handled the cinematography, Fenny Oliver and Thirumalai Rajan R have handled the editing department.

– A Yet another Fun, emotional & Motivational Entertainer from HiphopTamizha in the same flavours of Part1🤞
– A Character from Part-1 played a cameo which worked very well & had a great response 😀. Film also has some High whistling moments at few places💥
– Songs has worked much better on the theatres 🎶
– Screenplay was ON/OFF at moments. The entertainment & Emotional elements hold comparatively better
– Effortless light performance from HiphopTamizha. HarshathKhan & Ketika had comparatively better screen space than others characters🌟
Overall a Decent entertainer, which might connects with Youth/GenZ audience 🎯
Movie Tamil: #MeesayaMurukku2 [#MVTamilRating – 2.75 ⭐]
The First Half had quite a few cringe moments. Compared to the First Half, the 2nd Half was much better and very motivational.
The way they connect the Gana song to the larger story and take it to the world was interesting. The 2nd Half delivers several motivational moments through the songs.
Harshath Khan’s character felt very cringe and could have been avoided. HipHop Aadhi appears in three different looks and has performed well in all of them.
The story moves across three timelines. The First Half feels quite slow in many places, but the 2nd Half is decent. The last 45 minutes were really good.
#KetikaSharma and #RamyaRanganathan have done justice to their roles. The film has a lot of songs throughout.
The actors from the First Part are also present, but MeesayaMurukku2 has no connection to the First Part’s story. It is a completely different story.
The climax was good, and the motivational song was superb.

A typical underdog, middle-class-life story executed in Aadhi’s style. Starts off on a solid note, but gradually gets diluted into a clichéd template trying hard to entertain the Gen-Z audience.
Aadhi & Ramya deliver notable performances.👌🏻Harshath & Vijay Varadharaj’s comedy works well.☺️ songs are Good. 🤙🏻
Baba Baskar did his part well✌🏻- but the impact isn’t quite like Vivek Sir in Part 1.
The crux of the film is good But there’s nothing really new here, predictable screenplay. A few Scenes also felt tiring.
Not a great Sequel but a watchable one. – 2.75/5

@hiphoptamizha makes it a wholesome entertainer in the second half with the three generations of his family winning big! The core emotion works👌 , all the songs are clicking big time . While the first half is for the GenZ kids , the flashback in the first and second half, the overall emotion drift towards the climax worked well for me. He has also questioned and debated against the politics in the film and music industry.
Among the ladies, loved @RamyaRanganathn and her portion is the film ‘s biggest plus. #Chaitra comes briefly but impactful in the first twenty minutes. #Ketika has been used mostly for fun and glam with a little realisation towards the end
What starts off as a film against nepotism, gets a clear view that it’s quite natural for every parent to give a big success to their kids but that doesn’t mean they have to block the way for other aspiring kids.
