M9 NEWS: It’s hard to believe a young filmmaker like #JasonSanjay chose #Sigma for his directorial debut. There is not an iota of freshness here. From the illogical villains to the dated fights and the abrupt item song, everything feels two decades old.
Even the formula feels exhausting, with not one element standing out.
M9 Rating: 1.5/5
Most of the first half feels dated and routine with the hero’s financial woes, a patchy heroine track and a poorly integrated villain track. The interval offers a mild lift.

Alrightnow: Sanjaya #Sigma is 100x better quality than his grandfather’s debut directional ‘Aval Oru Pachai Kuzhandhai’ &
1000x better than his father’s garbage ‘Naalaya Therpu’..
Chin up Sanjay…Your first film is decent in any miles compared..✌️💥🔥
Devanayagam: Just watched #Sigma genuinely well-made movie.. makings of a class filmmaker and Jason Sanjay proves it in every frame🔥💥 The movie is very engaging and refreshing.. superb twists at the end and a heartful message. BLOCKBUSTER 🔥
