With over 18 years of experience in the food and agri sectors, Minal has closely understood the gaps faced by first-generation entrepreneurs. Through Maitri Excellence, she is working to bridge these gaps by providing guidance, training, and industry connections. In a short period, she has led the platform to conduct more than 10 seminars and training programs focused on business development and market understanding.
She has also played a key role in implementing the concluding phase of a Cluster Development Project for SIDBI, funded by DFID, World Bank, GTZ, and KfW, aimed at strengthening MSMEs in India. Additionally, she has been instrumental in organizing Food and Agri Expo events in Pune in 2025, creating opportunities for businesses, exporters, and consultants to connect and collaborate.
The platform has already reached over 3,500 MSMEs, along with 129 exporters and more than 150 consultants and service providers.
