An ‘incident’ involving a vessel off Shinas port of Oman was reported earlier today, Embassy of India in Oman said in a post on X on Thursday, adding that they are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with the local authorities for further details.
This is the third instance of US attack on merchant vessel with Indian crew. All crew members safe according to reports received so far, people familiar with the matter told HT.
