Adani Enterprises Ltd reports its highest quarterly EBITDA of Rs 5,642 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, with total income at Rs 33,546 crore. The period highlights include Navi Mumbai International Airport operations, a 15,000 crore QIP, solar module capacity growth to 5.7 GW, and a 49% rise in Airports EBITDA.

Adani Airports’ EBITDA rose 49 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,633 crore, while the Copper business, benefiting from a capacity ramp-up, contributed EBITDA of Rs 749 crore for the quarter.

Management comment

“Adani Enterprises has begun FY27 with an exceptionally strong performance, delivering its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA of Rs 5,642 crore, driven by the growing scale and maturity of our infrastructure and incubation platforms,” said Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group. He noted that the commencement of international operations at Navi Mumbai International Airport, toll collections on the Ganga Expressway, the expansion of solar module capacity, and a major new hyperscale data centre order marked important milestones in the group’s growth journey. He added that the successful Rs 15,000 crore Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) reflected strong institutional confidence in the company’s strategy and execution capabilities.

Business highlights

Adani New Industries commissioned a new solar module manufacturing line of 1.7 GW in June 2026, taking the company’s total module line capacity to 5.7 GW. The company said domestic demand for Adani solar modules had fully absorbed export offtake, while its wind turbine business received a gold medal for manufacturing competitiveness.

AdaniConnex, the group’s data centre arm, secured a new hyperscale order of 400 MW in Vizag, taking its cumulative tied-up capacity to over 960 MW. Additionally, 9.6 MW of capacity from Pune Phase II was handed over to a customer, raising operational capacity to 65.4 MW.

Navi Mumbai International Airport commenced international flight operations on July 15, 2026. Adani Airport Holdings reported aero and non-aero revenue growth of 16 per cent and 53 per cent respectively for the quarter, while overall Airports EBITDA grew 49 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,633 crore.

Adani Road Transport Ltd began toll collections at the Ganga Expressway project from May 15, 2026, and added a new operational Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project spanning 620.6 lane kilometres, connecting NH-59 between Indore and the Madhya Pradesh-Gujarat border.

In the Natural Resources segment, the company operationalised an additional mining service contract at the Dhirauli Mine in Madhya Pradesh, taking its operating service contracts’ peak capacity to 93.1 million tonnes per annum (MMTPA).

Capital markets update

Adani Enterprises raised Rs 15,000 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) in July 2026, describing it as India’s largest QIP issue by a non-financial corporate. The issue received bids worth 3.8 times its base issue size, with participation from a diverse pool of domestic and global investors, including mutual funds.

About Adani Enterprises Ltd

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) is the flagship company of the Adani Group. Over the years, the company has focused on incubating new infrastructure businesses and subsequently listing them as separate entities, having successfully built businesses such as Adani Ports & SEZ, Adani Energy Solutions, Adani Power, Adani Green Energy, Adani Total Gas, and Adani Wilmar. The company said its next generation of strategic investments would be centred around the green hydrogen ecosystem, airport management, data centres, roads, and primary industries such as copper and petrochemicals.
