Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav targeted BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday during the discussion on Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026.

The bill to amend anti-paper leak law was presented by Union Minister Jitendra Singh in the Lok Sabha, which outlines strict punishment for the paper leak mafia and advocates fixing exam-related irregularities.

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav criticized the BJP government in Lok Sabha over the anti-paper leak bill, questioning the NTA’s failures and alleging harm to youth prospects, linking exam irregularities to the Ram Temple donations controversy.

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav started his address with a quote ‘jhukti hai sarkar, jhukane wala chaiye’. Akhilesh Yadav praised the students who stood tall for their rights and a better education system for a better future.

Attacking the government, Akhilesh Yadav said, “They removed a (Dharmendra) Pradhan to save Pradhan Mantri (Prime Minister)”.

Criticising National Testing Agency (NTA), which could not stop paper leaks, Akhilesh Yadav said: “Members in the Opposition are afraid that the whole government will soon be outsourced. The organisation that must be most trustworthy are also being outsourced.”

BREAKING 🚨

Akhilesh Yadav destroyed BJP on the floor of Parliament with dark humor 🗿

“The way Dharmendra Pradhan was welcomed yesterday, it is clear that BJP leaders felt that they made Pradhan resign to save Pradhanmantri” 🤣🤣

He added pinch of spice by bringing up the Ram Temple donations row. “How can those who couldn’t protect temple donations stop paper leaks?” Akhilesh Yadav said.

“If I am wrong, let the Home Minister come to the House and clarify,” he added.

Interveaning in Akhilesh Yadav’s speech, Kiren Rijiju brought Emergency era of Congress, to which, Akhilesh Yadav said ” I have not seen the Emergency, but the national capital witnessed similar “injustice” during the CJP-led protests. Even shock batons were used. NEET will be clean only when the intent is clean. The Govt has snatched rights of Dalits and backward classes in recruitments. Govt has harmed the future of the youth. When government gets worried, it accepts demands.”
