Last year around 1,43,581 students registered for the compartment exam for Class 12 to which 1,38,666 students appeared. This shows the last year data even after registration almost 4000 students didn’t appear for the exam.
However, the results shows the success rate is very low and only 38.36% students passed the exam that means only 53,201 students passed the exam. However, in this Girls registered 41.35 percent pass record while boys recorded only 36.70 percent.
What Students Should Do After The Result
The compartment exam actually gives students a chance to reappear in the exam that they failed in the first attempt. This also helps students to avoid repeating the year and if they pass they can join the next class in the same year itself.
When the results will be out, students should carefully verify the marks and their qualify status. However, CBSE has not announced the official date for the results yet.
