Comedian Charleston White has been arrested for battery in Florida, according to TMZ. The 49-year-old, who has more than 250,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, was arrested by the Hollywood Police Department on Saturday, as per jail records.
White was booked into Broward County jail on a Touch Or Strike/Battery charge, which is a misdemeanor, according to arrest records cited by TMZ.

What happens next
White will stay out on bail until a judge reviews his case and decides whether to set a bond, as per TMZ. He is scheduled to perform his next comedy show at the Off the Hook Comedy Club in nearby Naples on Wednesday night at 7pm local time.
