The timeless magic of legendary Bollywood superstar and renowned film actor Dharmendra came alive in Mumbai with a grand musical tribute show, ‘Pyaar Hi Pyaar Beshumaar,’ celebrating the iconic Bollywood star’s immense contribution to Hindi cinema. This special tribute show held at St. Andrews Auditorium, Bandra, on Friday, August 21, 2026, brought together music, nostalgia, and memories from Dharmendra’s illustrious cinematic journey. It was attended by the leading luminaries, celebrities, and personalities from the film, television, OTT, and music industries, along with hundreds of Bollywood retro music lovers.
The event was presented by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and co-sponsored by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The grand musical tribute show’s associate sponsor was Society Tea. The outdoor media partner was Smartags, and the news television media partner was Network 10. The musical show was organized by Biggtime Entertainment in association with Just Video.
The musical tribute show ‘Pyaar Hi Pyaar Beshumaar’ celebrated legendary actor Dharmendra’s cinematic contributions at Mumbai’s St. Andrews Auditorium on August 21, 2026, featuring performances and tributes from industry figures and celebrating his legacy in Hindi cinema.

While offering a floral tribute to legendary Bollywood superstar Dharmendra and presiding over the grand musical tribute show, renowned film director Rajkumar Santoshi said, “Dharmanji was an extraordinary star and artist, which everybody knows, but as a human being, he was outstanding. I believe that until Hindustan and Hindustanis are there in this world, Dharamji will live in their hearts forever and ever.”
The exclusive grand musical tribute show was conceptualized and organized by Pankaj Raina, founder of Biggtime Entertainment, who envisioned the evening as a celebration of Dharmendra’s enduring connection with audiences. He has acted in a pivotal role in Aamir Khan Productions’ latest feature film ‘Batwara-1947’ with Sunny Deol, directed by renowned film director Rajkumar Santoshi.

“Dharmendra Ji is not just a legendary actor; he is an emotion for millions of people. Through this musical tribute, we wanted to bring those beautiful memories back and celebrate the magic that he has given to generations,” said Pankaj Raina, the event curator and show producer.
The Bollywood retro band ‘Manke’ had a 22-piece ensemble orchestra, including 10 violinists, to bring back the magic of the golden era of Bollywood music. ‘Pyaar Hi Pyaar Beshumaar’-A Grand Musical Tribute Show celebrated the songs, performances, and emotions associated with Dharmendra’s remarkable career, offering audiences an opportunity to relive the nostalgia and great melodious songs of an unforgettable era of Hindi cinema.
The music was arranged by renowned music arrangers Suresh Tale and Amar Makwana. The talented singers who performed at the show were Ishita Vishwakarma, Manjira Ganguly, Madan Shukla, Divyansh Verma, Raj Prakash, and versatile music virtuoso Pankaj Raina. The musical show was elegantly anchored by RJ Vidhi Jain. Celebrated playback singer Madhushree Bhattacharya and veteran playback singer Usha Timothi also paid musical tribute to the legendary actor Dharmendra.
