A u recognised Family Connection with the Dream Girl
Long before Adeetya was born, destiny had already written an emotional connection with the legendary Dream Girl, Hema Malini.
On 27 November 1977, when Adeetya’s father, Shri Satish Mohta, travelled from Nagpur to meet his prospective bride, Smt. Kusum surana Mohta, for the very first time, something memorable happened. The moment he saw her, he was left speechless and instantly remarked that she looked beautiful like Hema Malini. Family members and relatives also admired Kusum Mohta for her grace, elegance, and striking resemblance to the legendary actress. That beautiful compliment became a cherished memory within the family and unknowingly created a lifelong emotional connection with Indian cinema.
Growing up, Adeetya often heard this beautiful story from his parents and relatives. Naturally, he became a admirer of Hema Malini ji and Dharmendra ji, appreciating not only their timeless performances but also their elegance, discipline, dignity, and contribution to Indian cinema. Among all their films, Sholay has always remained his favourite, with its unforgettable dialogues, especially the iconic “Chal dhano,” continuing to hold a special place in his heart.
The Boy Who Dreamed Beyond the Classroom
Adeetya’s story is unlike any ordinary success story. During his school days, while other students concentrated on textbooks, he would often find himself gazing at the small world map displayed on the classroom wall. He dreamt of travelling across the globe and imagined himself becoming a well-known personality one day.
His habit of daydreaming was misunderstood. Instead of encouraging his imagination, schools considered him distracted. During the fifth standard, he was asked to leave because, according to them, they wanted readers and writers not dreamers.
As he walked out of school, he sought permission to take that little world map with him. That map became more than just paper; it became a symbol of his belief that dreams deserve to be protected. Even today, that same world map remains safely preserved in his personal collection as a reminder that no dream is ever too big.
Life eventually proved those dreams right. Adeetya travelled extensively across the world, explored numerous countries, interacted with people from diverse cultures, and transformed himself into a respected international personality.
A Life Beyond Luxury
Despite experiencing some of the world’s finest luxuries from staying in the iconic Burj Al Arab in Dubai in 2005 , travelling through premium hotels, resorts, charters, helicopters, and international destinations Adeetya believes that luxury has a completely different meaning.
For him, true luxury is honesty, kindness, respect, affection, freedom, peace, and meaningful relationships. According to him, wealth may buy comfort, but values build a meaningful life.
His love for travelling is equally matched by his admiration for art and culture. He enjoys collecting watches, jewellery, sunglasses, fine porcelain, crystals, antiques, handcrafted artefacts, and cultural souvenirs from every country he visits. Every collection tells a story, reminding him that behind every masterpiece is a human creator blessed with extraordinary talent.
