Garima Gupta, a 2004-batch IAS officer, will continue as secretary (AR).

Nidhi Srivastava, a 2010-batch IAS officer who was awaiting posting, has been appointed secretary (vigilance), with the additional charge of secretary (services). She will take over the responsibilities of secretary (vigilance) and secretary (services) from Paliwal.

Meanwhile, Shamim Akhtar Tamanna, a DANICS officer of the 1996 batch, has been posted as special secretary (NCR), moving from the post of special secretary (AR).
