Ravi Anantrao Bhisekar is an education professional and mentor whose work reflects a strong commitment to student development, competitive examination preparation and accessible quality education. As the Founder and Mentor of Gurukul CPS Class and the Founder of Gurukul CPS Foundation, he has built his educational vision around a fundamental belief, every student possesses the potential to succeed when given the right guidance, resources and opportunities.

For Bhisekar, education is not confined to textbooks or examination halls. It is a process of developing confidence, discipline, skills and the ability to face challenges with determination. This philosophy has shaped the learning environment at Gurukul CPS Class, where academic preparation is supported by regular assessment, personal attention and continuous mentoring.

Gurukul CPS Class caters to students from 1st to 10th standard, with a focused approach towards academic learning and competitive examinations. Its specialised areas include 4th and 7th Scholarship examinations, 5th Navodaya, 8th NMMS, 9th and 10th academic preparation, entrance examinations and other competitive assessments. The objective is to help students build strong conceptual foundations while becoming comfortable with the discipline and consistency required for competitive examinations.

A key feature of the organisation’s approach is its emphasis on practice based learning. Daily test series, topic wise tests, previous year papers, practice papers, printed study material, online and offline assessments and individual guidance enable students to regularly evaluate their progress. Such a structured system allows learners to recognise their strengths, work on weaker areas and gradually develop the confidence needed to perform effectively in examinations.

The results have added substance to this educational approach. Students of Gurukul CPS Class have achieved remarkable results in Scholarship, NMMS, Navodaya and other competitive examinations, with accomplishments recorded at Taluka, District and Vidarbha levels. Particularly significant is their achievement of district level top positions for five consecutive years, a record that underscores the consistency of the institution’s academic efforts.

Its commitment to educational standards has also earned Gurukul CPS Class ISO 21001:2025 certification. Bhisekar’s contribution to education, student development and social initiatives has further been recognised through honours including the Bharat Gaurav Excellence Award 2026 and other educational and social achievement awards.

While academic performance remains an important part of his work, Bhisekar’s larger vision reaches beyond marks and ranks. Through Gurukul CPS Foundation, he is working towards expanding educational opportunities and supporting skill development and social initiatives for students and the wider community. The Foundation reflects his belief that meaningful educational progress should reach beyond conventional classroom boundaries.

Technology has also become an important part of this outreach. Gurukul CPS Class maintains a presence across YouTube, Telegram and Facebook, enabling students and parents to access educational updates, daily test papers, study material, answer keys, examination announcements, guidance and motivational content. This digital engagement complements the organisation’s offline learning model and helps students remain connected with academic resources.

An important part of Bhisekar’s mission is to create greater opportunities for students from rural and semi urban areas. By combining systematic preparation with accessible resources and personal guidance, Gurukul CPS Class aims to help learners compete confidently at Taluka, District, State and National levels.

At the centre of this journey is a message that captures Bhisekar’s educational philosophy: success is not determined by marks alone. Confidence, discipline, skills and perseverance play an equally important role in shaping a young person’s future.

Through Gurukul CPS Class and Gurukul CPS Foundation, Ravi Anantrao Bhisekar continues to work towards an educational ecosystem where students are encouraged to recognise their abilities, overcome limitations and pursue their ambitions with confidence. His journey demonstrates how purposeful mentorship, when combined with structured learning and a commitment to student welfare, can turn education into a powerful pathway towards opportunity and lasting success.
