Under the scheme, students pursuing higher education in universities as well as government and government-aided colleges across Uttarakhand will be provided free online coaching for a range of competitive and entrance examinations.
The coaching will cover examinations such as:

The initiative is intended to provide students with quality coaching, study material and guidance without requiring them to travel to coaching centres.
Focus on students in remote and hilly areas
The scheme is expected to particularly benefit students living in remote and hilly regions of Uttarakhand, where access to specialised coaching facilities can be limited. Through online classes, students will be able to prepare for competitive examinations from their homes. The initiative will also help students from financially weaker backgrounds who may not be able to afford expensive private coaching programmes.
Aim to strengthen opportunities for Uttarakhand youth
The state government had decided to introduce a dedicated programme to provide quality guidance and study resources to young people preparing for competitive examinations. The Chief Minister Yuva Bhavishya Nirman Yojana-2026 has been approved as part of this initiative.
The programme is expected to expand access to structured preparation and expert guidance for students across the state, irrespective of their geographical location or financial circumstances.
