Cricketer Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma visited Vrindavan on 2 June, two days after guiding Royal Challengers Bengaluru to the IPL 2026 title. The couple reached the holy town by car, walked barefoot into Keli Kunj Ashram, met Sant Premanand, and received blessings following the championship win.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma arrived at the ashram at around 7 am. Disciples of Sant Premanand welcomed the couple at the entrance. Both wore masks and moved straight inside for a private darshan. After spending close to two hours there, they came out quietly from the premises.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma visited Keli Kunj Ashram in Vrindavan for a private darshan after Royal Challengers Bengaluru won the IPL 2026 title, highlighting their ongoing spiritual ties with Sant Premanand alongside Kohli’s continued high-scoring form.

When Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma stepped out, videos and photos from outside Keli Kunj Ashram quickly surfaced. Chandan and a tripund were visible on Virat Kohli’s forehead. A book was seen in Virat Kohli’s hand while leaving. This visit added another chapter to their continuing association with Sant Premanand.

The couple had earlier travelled to Vrindavan this year on 20 April, the day of Akshaya Tritiya. On that occasion, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma also took darshan of Sant Premanand Maharaj and listened to a satsang. Their latest journey shows that this spiritual link continued after the intense IPL season.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru lifted the IPL trophy on 31 May for a second straight season. The final took place at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where RCB defeated Gujarat Titans by five wickets. Virat Kohli struck the quickest fifty of Virat Kohli’s IPL career in that match and received the Player of the Match award.

Virat Kohli’s consistent batting form remained central to RCB’s success in IPL 2026. Virat Kohli scored over 600 runs for the fourth consecutive season. RCB’s opening pair combinations kept changing through the tournament, yet Virat Kohli’s performance level stayed steady. Virat Kohli finished with 675 runs, the highest tally for the team.

RCB’s season also included strong support from several match-winners. The squad had eight players capable of turning games. Bhuvneshwar took 28 wickets during the campaign. After waiting 18 years for a title, Royal Challengers Bengaluru now stand as back-to-back champions, with the latest final win again coming against Gujarat by five wickets.
