‘We’ll Be Hitting That Area Very Heavily’: Trump On Suspected Iran Nuclear Centrifuge Site

US President Donald Trump has again made an threat to Iran and said United States is all set to launch a major strike on Iran’s nuclear sites to centrifuges it. This is going to extend the tensions between Iran and US. He made the threat at the time when the military actions between both the nations are again worsen.

Trump Warns Of Heavy Strike On Suspected Nuclear Site

While speaking to the reports, Donald Trump was asked about the media reports of Iran shifting its nuclear centrifuges to Pickaxe Mountain nearby Natanz nuclear site. While responding to the question, Trump said that US will soon target that area.

“We’ll be hitting that area very, probably pretty soon, and there’s not a thing they can do about it,” Trump said.

He also added, “Normally I wouldn’t say that. If I thought they could do something about it, I would never say that, but we’ll be hitting that area pretty soon, and very heavily.”

Natanz Remains At The Centre Of Nuclear Concerns

The Natanz nuclear site has been one of the most talked about Iran’s Uranium enrichment sites and has been in attention worldwide. Reports are also that the site has underground facilities including the Pickaxe Mountain. These have made speculations much higher whether Iran is planning to relocate its nuclear facilities.

Iran on the other hand has always been vocal about his intentions for nuclear program and said that it is for peaceful purpose. On the other hand, US and many other countries have said that Iran is intentionally planning to develop nuclear weapons.

Trump Says Iran Wants Talks

With his military warning, Trump asl osaid that Iran is seeking renewed engagement with US, although their military actions says totally a different story.

Trump has continuously said “desperately wants to meet” as both the countries are exchanging military strikes.
