Sanchi, September 22: The Origin Smile Foundation, in association with the Smile Meditation Academy, is going to organise a four-day experiential seminar, ‘Seeds of Smiles – From Relationships to Generations,’ from October 23 to 26, 2026, at Smile Peacock Land in Sanchi, Madhya Pradesh.

The programme is designed as an experiential journey exploring how individual awareness and inner change can influence relationships, family life and the way experiences and values are carried forward across generations.
The Seeds of Smiles seminar in Sanchi, running from 23 to 26 October 2026, invites individuals, couples and families to explore personal awareness, relationships, and generational imprints through experiential Smile Meditation practices led by Dr. Pankaj Jain. The programme aims to foster inner change and compassionate understanding across generations.
The four-day programme will begin with an exploration of personal relationships, including expectations, attachment, hurt, blame, judgement, acceptance and understanding. The sessions will subsequently focus on conception, pregnancy and early-life experiences, followed by themes related to family, parenting, social relationships and generational imprints. The final day will focus on moving beyond limiting life impressions through greater awareness, compassion, inner freedom, peace and a sense of oneness.
The seminar will feature experiential practices including Relationship Smile Meditation, Womb Life and Generational Imprint practices, Abundance Meditation, Peace Meditation and Oneness Meditation, along with other Smile Meditation practices.
The sessions will be conducted by Master (Dr.) Pankaj Jain, Director of Smile Meditation Academy and Founder of Origin Smile Foundation. His work draws upon the teachings of Prof. Park Jae Woo, whose work includes Smile Meditation and the Tri-Origin approach. Dr. Jain has further developed and applied Smile-based practices through his work with the Origin Smile Foundation.
Smile Meditation is presented as an experiential approach that uses the experience of a smile as a meditative tool for self-awareness and inner connection. The organisers said the Sanchi programme is intended to provide participants with an opportunity to explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences and relationships and is not intended to substitute for medical treatment.
Open to Individuals, Couples and Families
The seminar is open to individuals, couples and families. Participation is not restricted to couples or people planning parenthood. Anyone interested in exploring their relationships, family experiences and personal awareness can participate in the programme.
According to the organisers, the central idea behind ‘Seeds of Smiles’ is that meaningful change can begin within an individual, influence the quality of relationships and family life, and potentially create a positive influence for future generations.
