Adani University has concluded its three-week Induction Programme 2026 for students joining its Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and Integrated Programmes, providing them with academic preparation, industry exposure and leadership insights ahead of the new academic session.

Held from July 13 to July 31, the programme was designed to help students transition from school to university life while familiarising them with academic expectations and the evolving landscape of engineering and technology.
Adani University concluded a three-week induction for BTech and Integrated programmes, blending foundation courses, expert-led sessions, and on-campus activities. The programme emphasised leadership, innovation, and lifelong learning, while introducing students to academic systems, research, and digital platforms to shape real-world engineering solutions.
The induction programme was conducted in three phases, comprising foundation courses, expert-led sessions and on-campus activities. It began with an online Bridge Course covering Mathematics, Physics and Communication Skills.
This was followed by a week-long online programme featuring academicians and experts from institutions and organisations including IIT Bombay, NIT Rourkela, PSE2 Consulting, Pandit Deendayal Energy University and IIT Indore. The sessions introduced students to subjects such as artificial intelligence, renewable energy, engineering innovation, research and emerging technologies.
During the on-campus phase, students interacted with industry leaders including Arun Bansal, Chief Executive Officer of Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL); Jigish Doshi, Chairman of Vishakha Group; and Ajay Kumar Tomar, Joint President & Group Head, Cadre Excellence and Leadership Development, Adani Group. The industry interactions focused on leadership, innovation, resilience and the importance of lifelong learning. The programme also featured mentoring sessions, team-building activities and interactions with the university’s leadership.
Students were additionally introduced to Adani University’s academic systems, research ecosystem, examination processes, digital learning platforms, competency development initiatives and student support services. Orientation sessions also covered anti-ragging measures, the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy and responsible use of social media.
Prof. (Dr.) Dhaval Pujara, Provost, Adani University, said the programme was aimed at helping students understand how knowledge can be applied to real-world challenges.
“University is where knowledge begins to find real-world application. Through this induction programme, students were introduced to new ideas, emerging technologies and the importance of learning beyond the classroom. Our goal is to help them develop into engineers who think critically, innovate responsibly and use their knowledge to solve real-world challenges,” he said.
The university said the induction programme was intended to go beyond a conventional introduction to campus life by giving students an early understanding of the connection between engineering, innovation and leadership.
The programme marked the beginning of the students’ academic journey at Adani University and sought to establish a foundation of knowledge, skills and values that they can build upon throughout their university education.
