Parking rules under Bengaluru traffic restrictions for swearing-in ceremony
To further ease pressure on the Central Business District, special diversions have been created for vehicles coming from eastern Bengaluru towards Kempegowda International Airport and Hebbal, while parking will not be allowed on more than 20 arterial and internal roads, including Ambedkar Road, Palace Road, Race Course Road, Queens Road, Kasturba Road, Cubbon Road, and several stretches inside Cubbon Park.
Traffic authorities have warned that any vehicle left on prohibited stretches may be towed, and separate parking spaces have been set aside for pass holders at Vidhana Soudha, Vikas Soudha, Raj Bhavan, and Nehru Planetarium premises, with visitors without passes directed to park at Kanteerava Stadium, UB City, Shivajinagar Bus Stand multi-level facility, Government Arts College, and Palace Grounds.
