Anjali Arora will now make her silver screen debut soon with playing Mata Sita in Mahakavya Shri Ramayan Katha. Recently film’s teaser released and her appearance is getting mixed reviews from social media. Many are criticising her for portrayal of goddess after getting popular for controversial videos and statements.
Many are criticising her casting as she doesn’t fit for the role after the things she have said on TV reality shows and the kind of videos she made on reels.
What Did Anjali Say About the Russian Guy?
Once such incident is from her reality show Lock Upp appearance, when she shared a personal incident from a December trip to Russia. She said that time she was single and got attracted towards a hotel’s receptionist.
Anjali Arora also said that she took 5,000 Russian rubles from him and went to party with him. She explained, “In December I went to Russia and I was single. I was attracted to the receptionist of my hotel and I took 5000 rubles ( ₹2,737) from him for Saturday night.”
She also added, “I just wanted money and I asked for it and he gave it to me and then at night we went for a party together.” The revelation grabbed a lot of attention and now the same thing has come into limelight again.
Anjali Arora’s MMS Controversy
In 2022, Anjali Arora faced a controversy when an obscene video went viral on social media and claims that the woman in the video is Anjali Arora. Although, she always denied that claim and said that the her face is being misused in the video.
In 2024, she took a legal action against YouTube channels and media portals for spreading the video that was allegedly morphed. Now the same controversy has come to discussions after she has taken up the role of Sita.
