Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, has garnered over Rs 10.14 crore in advance bookings for its November 5 release, with Hindi version sales leading and premium tickets reaching Rs 3,170.

Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana, the film has generated considerable interest before its release. According to Sacnilk data cited in reports, Ramayana has recorded Rs 10.14 crore in advance booking collections across India, with 1.81 lakh tickets sold across 4,339 shows in 134 cities.

Delhi-NCR has emerged as the leading market in advance collections, followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru. The Hindi version accounts for the largest share of the advance gross, while the Kannada and Telugu versions have also recorded bookings.

Hindi Version Accounts For Nearly 88% Of Advance Collections

“Ramayana” in Hindi has grossed Rs 8.89 crore, which is nearly 88 percent of the total advance booking gross. The Kannada version has netted Rs 96.37 lakh, whereas the Telugu version has bagged Rs 28.11 lakh.

While the advance booking figures indicate the demand from the language markets, the Hindi version of the film has been starring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash in Kannada version and Sai Pallavi in the Telugu version.

As the movie’s launch nears, the film makers have been increasing the number of show timings owing to the advance sales picking up speed.

Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi And Yash Lead The Cast

Ramayana is co-produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. The film brings the Hindu epic to the big screen in a two-part adaptation.
