Three women have been detained for questioning in connection with the firing incident near Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s vehicle in Mumbai’s Juhu area two days ago. The women were initially arrested by the Delhi Police and have since been transferred to the Mumbai Police for further inquiries.
According to a report in News18 published on Tuesday, October 20, the three women are believed to have supplied weapons to the accused involved in the alleged attack. A Mumbai Police team has arrested them and is heading to Mumbai to question them.
Mumbai Police detained three women, transferred from Delhi Police, for allegedly supplying weapons connected to the firing incident near actor Tiger Shroff’s Juhu vehicle, following the arrest of three accused in Rajasthan; the actor was unharmed, but his driver and an auto-rickshaw driver were injured.

Three Accused Arrested in Rajasthan
This follows the arrest of three accused including Ritik alias Roshan, a resident of Begusarai in Bihar, and Rehan, from Sonipat in Haryana by police. They were allegedly picked up from a train in Kota, Rajasthan, on Monday.
The arrests came a day after unidentified men allegedly arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire near Shroff’s vehicle in the Juhu area of Mumbai.
The investigation is now looking into the alleged roles of those involved, including the supply of weapons used in the incident.
Tiger Shroff Safe After Juhu Firing
Initial reports following the shooting suggested that Tiger Shroff and two other people had been injured. However, Mumbai Police later clarified that the actor was safe and had not received a single bullet injury.
According to reports, Shroff’s driver and an autorickshaw driver were injured in the incident.
A social media post claiming responsibility for the attack in the name of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has also circulated online. However, police have not verified the authenticity of the claim.
Accused’s Family Reacts to Arrest
Following Rehan’s arrest, his father, Raisuddin, told reporters on Monday that his son had dropped out of Class 9 and had previously been arrested in an Arms Act case. He said Rehan was currently out on bail and attributed his alleged involvement in the earlier case to his circle of friends.
The firing incident has also drawn reactions from several members of the film industry, including music composer Amaal Mallik and actors Shatrughan Sinha and Ranvir Shorey.
With the three women now in Mumbai Police custody, investigators are expected to interrogate them to establish the alleged weapons supply chain and determine the roles of those suspected of involvement in the shooting.
