Nani is back with his latest outing The Paradise which will hit the screens worldwide on Thursday. He has collaborated with Srikanth Odela after Dasara.
Kayadu Lohar is playing the female lead in the movie which also has Raghav Juyal. It has the music of Anirudh Ravichander.
‘The Paradise’, directed by Srikanth Odela and starring Nani with music by Anirudh Ravichander, explores the Savari tribe’s 1980s Secunderabad rebellion. Reviews cite artificial execution and weak writing despite Nani’s performance.

Set in 1980s Secunderabad, The Paradise centres on the Savari tribe, a marginalised community forced to live under a brutal and exploitative feudal system while struggling for basic rights and citizenship.
The film follows the community as simmering oppression eventually erupts into a violent rebellion, pushing them to fight for their identity, dignity and right to belong.
The story unfolds across the gritty slums and territories of 1980s Secunderabad, where powerful feudal forces hold sway and the Savari community remains trapped at the bottom of the social order.
At the heart of the story is Jadal, also referred to as Dhagad in early updates, played by Nani. A rugged, unpredictable outsider from the settlement, Jadal unexpectedly steps forward as a leader, guiding the community through its fight against the forces that have oppressed them for generations.
The movie has garnered a lot of attention with the trailer and promos. Will the movie live up to the expectations? Find out from the viewers’ words below:
Venky Reviews: #TheParadise A Patience Testing Artificial Mass Film!
An interesting start and decent interval are about the only portions that work in the first half. The second half is even worse with senseless writing, tedious narration, and barely any emotional connect. There are moments that show some promise in the film, but everything feels artificial, from the staging and performances to the action, while the lackluster editing and abrupt cuts only make it more chaotic.
Apart from the songs, Anirudh’s BGM is surprisingly weak, and the poor sound mixing makes things worse with excessive loudness and dialogues that are hard to follow at times. Odela completely fumbles the writing and execution, wasting a golden opportunity. It’s a head scratcher how he followed Dasara up with this. Nani puts in the effort, but even he feels like a misfit in this poorly sketched world. A completely forgettable film and easily one of Nani’s weakest.

#2ndhalf : Mother sentiment, Nani Thandavam & it’s bgm, Yeshanagula song, NTR, KCR References & the climax fight is good. Music 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
#Drawback: 2nd half pre-climax set up 🤧 & continuity of the story (bad editing work) nenu inka baga cut Chesthanu gaaa. 😐

Kadubu: ST: #TheParadise Show finished 🙏
Anirudh will be committing su!cide for giving such good music to this cringe.
> 1st half rod except first 15 min
> 2nd half worse than Rajasaab 🙏
Nani please stick to Romcoms, your are not made for mass movies man
Christopher Kanagaraj: #TheParadise – Mass Avatar doesnt suit Nani. Funny Villain, Dummy Kayadu, Weak Mom. Loud BGM & Worst Edits. Opening 20Mins, Interval Point & KCR Scenes Gud. Minus – Staging, ColorTone, SlowMotion Shots, Random Actions, Emotionless Mom-Son Bond, Improper Narration flow. BAD Watch!
AmuthaBharathi: #TheParadise – First half was atleast Pasable but the Second half was completely Flat & travels elsewhere throughout the film !!
Even Anirudh’s background in 2nd half didn’t work 🙁
Mother Sentiment was the core of the film, but the mother character has been setup so flaud, so it didn’t emotionally connect at all
Overall a Below Average entertainer
