Which Metro Station Is Nearest To JLN Stadium?
The JLN Stadium metro station in the Violet Line is the closest metro station to the venue. The Violet Line runs between Kashmere Gate and Raja Nahar Singh.
It helps concertgoers go to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and reduce their exposure to traffic.
The DMRC has asked spectators to use metro services to reach the stadium. There would be a heavy crowd at the concert venue, so people would need more time for security check points.
Security Arrangements At Metro Stations
The DMRC will strengthen security arrangements at JLN Stadium Metro Station and other key stations handling concert traffic.
Additional security personnel, door-frame metal detectors and enhanced screening measures will be deployed to help ensure the orderly movement of passengers.
Commuters should cooperate with security staff, follow station announcements and avoid rushing towards platforms or train doors. Those travelling after the concert should also check their route and interchange stations in advance.
