Maharashtra BJP President Ravindra Chavan visited Solapur to accelerate election preparations for the Pune Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies, meeting party workers, guiding BJP-Mahayuti candidates Dr. Smita Jadhav and Kaustubh Gawade, and securing support from the Maharashtra State Backward Class Teachers’ Organisation.

During his visit, he accelerated election preparations through various organisational meetings, interactions with teachers’ organisations, and party induction programmes. His visit generated fresh enthusiasm among BJP workers in the district and further strengthened their confidence in victory.

To strengthen the campaign for Dr. Smita Yogesh Jadhav, the BJP-Mahayuti candidate from the Pune Graduates’ Constituency, and Kaustubh Gawade, the candidate from the Pune Teachers’ Constituency, State President Ravindra Chavan guided party workers through a series of organisational meetings. Reviewing the election preparations, he urged all workers to discharge their responsibilities effectively, communicate the government’s public welfare initiatives to voters, and work together with a united resolve to secure victory. His guidance helped improve coordination among party workers while giving further impetus to election strategy and planning.

During the visit, Chavan also held a meeting with representatives of the Maharashtra State Backward Class Teachers’ Organisation from the Solapur Municipal Corporation area. After listening to the organisation’s demands and concerns related to the education sector, he stated that the BJP-Mahayuti government was committed to addressing these issues. On the occasion, the organisation announced its support for the BJP-Mahayuti candidates through a formal letter.
